There are many skin disease out there that give you rashes that itch. A lot of these are treatable but some of them never fully go away. These effect the body in different ways and are caused by different things. There are also some diseases that can affect the inside of your body. Liver disease is one of these things, it makes your body itch in places, and other then the itching there may not be any signs of it itching. We are going to go over a couple different diseases and skin conditions that will lead to rashes that itch and other symptoms.

Some of these are harmless and will go away with in a period of time, but others are there forever, you can't get rid of it but you can do something to make it not as bad. Eczema is a condition that causes the skin
to be irritated and inflamed. The bodies reaction to Eczema is very different between patients. There are many different symptoms of Eczema depending on what kind you may have, some of the more common ones are itchy skin, red inflamed skin, scaling, blistering, and many others. The itching can get quite severe and often comes at night. This makes it hard for people to sleep because of the itching. Exzema treatments just make the symptoms less visible and gives relief to the itching.
Shingles is another condition that makes
rashes on the body, along with itching. Shingles are thought to be a reactivation of chickenpox infection that you had in your past. It is considered adult chickenpox, and can become very serious. There are creams and other things that help with the itching from it but it has to pretty much go away on it's own.
Pityriasis Rosea is a skin condition that starts with a rose colored patch on either your chest or your back. Within time there will be smaller patche
s spreading out from the larger patch. This condition normally lasts between six and eight weeks. There are no known causes of Pityriasis Rosea, it's confirmed that it's not from a fungus, allergy, or bacteria. Some say that it could be a viral infection because some of the markings that you get from the condition resemble viral infection marks. Another thing that has been found out is that it only happens once per person in a lifetime, like chickenpox, or measles.
Hives is a rash contributed to a multitude of things, and most of the time doctors cannot contribute getting hives with anything in particular. The two different types of hives are acute and chronic. Acute hives usually last no more then six weeks, while chronic hives last longer then six week
s. Doctors and scientists say that an occurance of hives is usually because the person swallowed either a food or drug that they were allergic to. But they also say that 70% of the cases do not get diagnosed as a result of any particular thing. The best thing to use against hives is antihistamines, and either over the counter or the prescription kind will work. The plus side of the prescribed antihistamines is that they do not make you drowsy. The over the counter kind do though. Chronic hives can be a little more serious though, they occur more then twice a week, and last a lot longer then 6 weeks. It is said that in some cases that they can last years.
Athelete's foot is a fungal infection that normally attacks the feet. It is also one of the most common fungal infection that people get. It can affect anyone but is said to be more
popular in males. It is also said that athletes foot occurs more in people that already have some sort of immune system deficiency that causes them to get get infections easier then normal people. There are three different types of athletes foot, chronic inter-digital, chronic scaly, and acute vesicular. Normally anti-fungal cremes are given to people that have athletes feet but in some more severe cases it is common for them to get a stronger version of the creme.
